Museu del Vidre

The visit to the Can Gordiola glass factory is a short but intense visit, located on the outskirts of Algaida, shortly before reaching the village, is a classic of the island, more visited by tourists than by the Mallorcan ones.
Can Gordiola has its origins at the beginning of the eighteenth century (1719) and is the first artistic glass oven installed in Mallorca, the family saga continues to this day. At the time of greatest tourism boom in Mallorca, the museum was a must see for royalty from all over Europe including our kings, authorities, politicians and / or famous artists.
